Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange

To be eligible for a replacement/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Follow steps below to begin process

  • Provide us with proper pictures of the product you have received along with the picture of the invoice.

In case of payment refund the paid amount will automatically be applied to your IBC Wallet, within 2 business days.

If you haven’t received a refund in 7-10 business days, first check your IBC account again.
